This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of EvidenceFit Studio ("EvidenceFit," the "Service"), operated by MRAB AI Labs. This AUP supplements the EvidenceFit Studio Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By using EvidenceFit, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Purpose and Scope

EvidenceFit is an AI-assisted career-development platform. Its resume, interview, transcription, AI-processing, and career-intelligence features are provided to support legitimate personal career-development and job-search activities.

This AUP is intended to protect users, system availability, third-party service capacity, privacy, security, and the reasonable operating costs of the Service.

2. Intended Use

You may use EvidenceFit for legitimate career-related purposes, including:

  • preparing for job interviews;
  • practicing and reviewing interview responses;
  • transcribing interview or interview-practice recordings where you have the right and authority to do so;
  • analyzing your professional experience;
  • building, reviewing, or tailoring resumes and cover letters;
  • preparing other career materials;
  • organizing professional accomplishments, competencies, and career evidence;
  • receiving career-related AI coaching and feedback; and
  • using other career-development features made available through EvidenceFit.

EvidenceFit is not intended to operate as a general-purpose transcription, file-conversion, bulk-processing, data-extraction, or AI-processing service.

3. Transcription Use

EvidenceFit transcription functionality is provided to support interview preparation, interview review, and other legitimate EvidenceFit career workflows.

You must not use EvidenceFit primarily or substantially to transcribe unrelated material or as a substitute for a general-purpose transcription service.

Examples of prohibited or inappropriate use include using EvidenceFit to process:

  • podcasts, audiobooks, television, film, streaming, or general entertainment content;
  • lectures, courses, conferences, or classroom recordings that are not part of your own legitimate career-development workflow;
  • business meetings or organizational recordings unrelated to your personal career workflow;
  • YouTube, social-media, or other online media content primarily for the purpose of obtaining a transcript;
  • bulk audio or video archives;
  • commercial transcription work performed for third parties; or
  • other audio or video whose primary purpose is unrelated to EvidenceFit's career-development functionality.

Legitimate career-related material may be processed where it forms part of a genuine EvidenceFit workflow and you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority.

4. Permission to Record and Transcribe

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to record, upload, submit, process, and transcribe any audio, video, or other material you provide to EvidenceFit.

Recording and consent requirements vary by jurisdiction and circumstance. You must obtain any consent, authorization, notice, or permission required by applicable law before recording or transcribing another person.

You must not use EvidenceFit to secretly or unlawfully record, monitor, surveil, or transcribe another person.

MRAB AI Labs does not determine whether a particular recording is lawful for you to make, upload, or process.

5. Rights to Submitted Material

You must have sufficient rights, permission, or lawful authority to submit material to EvidenceFit.

You must not submit material that:

  • infringes copyright or other intellectual-property rights;
  • contains confidential information you are not authorized to disclose;
  • contains another person's private information without appropriate authority;
  • was obtained unlawfully;
  • violates an employment, confidentiality, contractual, fiduciary, or similar obligation; or
  • you otherwise do not have the right to process.

The ability to technically upload or process material does not mean you have permission to do so.

6. Fair and Reasonable Use

EvidenceFit is designed for individual career-development use. Usage should remain reasonably consistent with that purpose.

MRAB AI Labs may apply reasonable technical or operational limits including:

  • transcription minutes or recording duration;
  • transcription or processing requests;
  • file size;
  • requests per minute, hour, day, or month;
  • concurrent processing jobs;
  • AI-processing usage;
  • storage;
  • account, beta, trial, complimentary, or subscription allowances; and
  • other reasonable safeguards needed to protect the Service and its operating costs.

Specific limits may differ by account type, feature, beta status, trial, complimentary access, subscription plan, or operating conditions. We may adjust limits as EvidenceFit evolves.

7. Circumventing Usage Limits

You must not attempt to circumvent, defeat, or materially evade EvidenceFit usage controls.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • repeatedly submitting the same or substantially similar material to avoid limits;
  • altering filenames, metadata, sessions, identifiers, or other properties to evade duplicate detection or quotas;
  • creating or using multiple accounts to avoid usage restrictions;
  • sharing accounts to pool or multiply usage allowances;
  • scripting or automating requests to exceed normal Service usage;
  • bypassing client-side restrictions by directly calling APIs;
  • intentionally generating concurrent requests to defeat processing limits; or
  • otherwise attempting to obtain materially more processing capacity than your account is permitted to receive.

8. Automated and Bulk Use

Unless MRAB AI Labs expressly authorizes it in writing, you may not:

  • use bots, scripts, crawlers, automation frameworks, or similar tools to submit bulk processing requests;
  • build another product or service on top of EvidenceFit's transcription, AI, or processing capabilities;
  • resell, sublicense, redistribute, or provide EvidenceFit processing to third parties;
  • operate EvidenceFit as a transcription bureau, service bureau, or outsourced processing service;
  • systematically extract outputs at scale; or
  • place unreasonable or disproportionate load on the Service.

Normal browser and application functionality provided by EvidenceFit is permitted.

9. Account Sharing

EvidenceFit accounts are intended for use by the individual account holder unless MRAB AI Labs expressly provides a multi-user or organizational plan.

You may not share an account for the purpose of allowing other people to consume your transcription, AI, storage, or other usage allowances or to avoid account-level controls.

10. Other Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the restrictions above and those contained in the Terms of Use, you must not use EvidenceFit to:

  • violate applicable law or regulation;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
  • gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data;
  • introduce or distribute malware or malicious code;
  • interfere with or degrade Service availability;
  • probe or exploit security vulnerabilities without written authorization;
  • impersonate another person;
  • knowingly fabricate employment history, credentials, qualifications, or professional evidence;
  • process unlawfully obtained personal information;
  • harass, threaten, exploit, or unlawfully surveil another person; or
  • assist another person in engaging in prohibited activity.

11. Monitoring and Usage Measurement

MRAB AI Labs may monitor operational and usage information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, protect, and manage EvidenceFit and to enforce this AUP.

Depending on the feature and configuration in use, this may include information such as:

  • number of transcription or processing requests;
  • transcription or media duration;
  • media file size;
  • processing status, duration, and outcome;
  • provider job or request identifiers;
  • timestamps;
  • retries, duplicate submissions, or processing attempts;
  • AI and transcription usage;
  • estimated or actual service costs where available;
  • account, project, session, or request identifiers;
  • rate-limit or quota events;
  • security or abuse signals; and
  • other technical metadata reasonably necessary for these purposes.

High usage by itself does not necessarily establish misuse. We may consider the context, pattern, and apparent purpose of usage.

Our handling of personal information is described in the EvidenceFit Studio Privacy Policy.

12. Suspected Excessive or Abusive Use

Usage substantially inconsistent with normal individual career-development activity may be reviewed.

Examples may include:

  • unusually high transcription volume;
  • repeated lengthy recordings;
  • repeated transcription without meaningful use of related EvidenceFit career functionality;
  • large numbers of duplicate or near-duplicate submissions;
  • unusual concurrent processing;
  • automated or scripted request patterns;
  • attempts to evade quotas or controls;
  • activity suggesting account sharing or multiple-account circumvention; or
  • patterns suggesting EvidenceFit is being used primarily as a general-purpose transcription or processing service.

We may contact you to understand unusual usage or ask you to stop activity that is inconsistent with this AUP.

13. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe that use of EvidenceFit violates this AUP, the Terms of Use, applicable law, or presents a material security, privacy, operational, or financial risk, MRAB AI Labs may take appropriate action.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • warn you or ask you to change the activity;
  • temporarily restrict a particular feature;
  • impose, reduce, or enforce usage limits;
  • temporarily suspend transcription, AI processing, uploads, or other resource-intensive functionality;
  • require you to contact us before additional usage is permitted;
  • suspend your account;
  • terminate your access to EvidenceFit;
  • remove or disable material where appropriate; or
  • take other reasonable measures necessary to protect the Service, its users, MRAB AI Labs, or third parties.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before account suspension or termination.

We may act immediately where we reasonably believe there is intentional circumvention, fraud, unlawful activity, security abuse, serious privacy risk, repeated abuse after warning, substantial financial exposure, or a threat to EvidenceFit or its users.

14. Beta, Complimentary, and Promotional Access

During beta, pilot, preview, early-access, complimentary, or promotional periods, limits may change as we learn how EvidenceFit is normally used.

Beta, complimentary, or promotional access does not provide unlimited use of third-party processing services.

Access to all available EvidenceFit features, including any promise of "full access," means access to those features subject to this AUP and reasonable technical, operational, and usage limits. It does not mean unlimited consumption of metered infrastructure, transcription, AI processing, storage, or other third-party processing resources.

15. No Resale or Service-Bureau Use

You may not use EvidenceFit, including its transcription or AI capabilities, to provide processing services to other people or organizations for payment or other compensation without prior written authorization from MRAB AI Labs.

You may not resell EvidenceFit capacity or represent EvidenceFit functionality as your own transcription, AI-processing, or similar service.

16. Reporting Problems or Abuse

If you believe your account has been compromised, a usage restriction has been applied incorrectly, or you become aware of misuse of EvidenceFit, please contact:

MRAB AI Labs
[email protected]

We may provide a separate support or abuse-reporting address in the future.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP as EvidenceFit evolves, including to reflect changes in features, security requirements, third-party services, usage patterns, operating costs, or legal obligations.

For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, website, email, or another appropriate method.

Continued use after an updated AUP takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to an updated AUP, you may stop using the Service.
